Viet Lang @ Arts House - A Taste of Vietnam, is the sister restaurant of Via Mar @ The Esplanade.

Viet Lang’s menu offers a good presentation of Vietnamese cuisine with a touch of Franco-Asian influence. It serves a repertoire of authentic Northern, Central and Southern Vietnamese cuisine.

The menu’s ingredients and condiments are imported directly from Vietnam to give you a genuine taste of local Vietnamese flavour.

Via Mar's lease at The Esplanade ended on 30 September 2008. Our last day of operation was on 28 September 2008.

Via Mar would be relocated, and we'll keep you posted on the new location.
